We either lease your property from you for a fixed period and then sublease it to tenants/a company, or source you a reputable company for you to let your property to. We ensure that almost all aspects of property management are taken care of, and ensure the entire process is done legally.

We manage a variety of properties, including single-family homes, apartments, Houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs), and multi-family units.

Our standard leasing agreements range from 6 months to 5 years, depending on the property and the landlord’s preferences. We are flexible and can tailor agreements to the landlords needs.

We typically charge a percentage of the rental income as our fee with landlords. In return we provide a more handsfree approach.

If you decide to sell your property, we can offer to help you find a buyer or simply hand back your property as per what is stated in your contract.
